Surface cleaning
Clean virtually any surface and remove any type of deposit. Our equipment is very controllable and can be as delicate or aggressive are required by adjusting pressure, flow, type of nozzle, stand-off distance and traverse speed.
Surface Preparation
Strip coatings & corrosion using Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting equipment at 2000-3000bar. At these pressures the velocity of the water jet is 500 – 600m/sec which will strip the toughest of coatings with plain, fresh water.
Automotive
Clean dollies & skids on-line, without disrupting production. Water jet nozzles can be attached to robots for automatic cleaning. Water jetting can also be used to strip paint from jigs & hangers used in any paint shop.
Steel Works
Water jetting eliminates emissions from coke oven door seals & will keep the plant & pipelines cleaner at maximum efficiency.
Shipyard
300bar is used to remove marine growth & salt deposits prior to grit blasting. Larger pumps can be specified to allow multiple jetting guns to be used simultaneously.
Subsea Cleaning
Water jetting in commonly used at 1000bar subsea for stripping marine growth from ship hulls, oil & gas platform legs & marine structures.
