Ultra High Pressure Plunger Pump
Our flagship ultra high pressure plunger pump is The Ultrabar 30, often referred to as the UB30. It was originally named the UB30 as the maximum flowrate was 30lpm. Later, different plunger sizes were added to give a range of different flowrates. The most popular performance is currently 30lpm at 2800bar.
Typical applications for this Ultra high pressure plunger pump include surface preparation, heat exchanger cleaning, hydro demolition & cold cutting.
Features
- Alloy steel, modular pumphead that allows seals & valves to be monitored without tools & maintenance on individual
cylinders - Solid tungten carbide/ceramic plungers with floating crosshead
attachment & self adjusting seals - In-line valve arrangement for maximum efficiency & prevents
the adverse effects of cyclic stress in the pumphead. - Interchangeable plunger kits
- Hardened, alloy steel crankshaft with heavy duty roller and steel
backed white metal main bearings, supported between reach
connecting rod.
- SG iron crankcase with pressure lubrication, oil filtration and oil
cooling. - Forged connecting rods with low friction, shell type big end
bearings and lead bronze lined small end bushes - Gear driven, eliminating the need for belt drive
- Pressure gauge
- Burst disc
- Outstanding seal, plunger & valve
life.
Options
- Choice of gear ratio to suit diesel engine or electric motor drive
- SAE adaptor housing (SAE 1, 2 or 3) for flange mounting the pump to a diesel engine flywheel housing ensuring extremely compact, perfectly aligned installations & enclosing all moving parts.
- P14mm version uses the splash lubricated HP120 power-end.
- Bareshaft pump only or complete unit build
- ATEX compliant
- Convertible to 1000/1400bar (14,500/20,300psi). See HP220 data sheet.
