High & Ultra high pressure plunger pumps
Our range of plunger pumps operate at pressures from 70 to 2800bar (1,000 to 40,000psi) & flow rates to 800lpm (214gpm) with ratings from 30 to 375kW (40 to 500hp).
Every pump undergoes a three-hour test where numerous functions are monitored & recorded.
We manufacture the pumps in-house, including crankshafts & gearboxes, in our state-of-the art machine shop, utilising the latest CNC machine tool technology & machine tending robots.
Features
- 431 stainless steel pumpheads
- Solid tungsten carbide/ceramic plungers & self-adjusting seals
- In-line valve arrangement for maximum efficiency & prevents the adverse effects of cyclic stress in the pumphead
- Interchangeable plunger kits
- Hardened, alloy steel crankshafts with heavy duty roller & steel backed white metal main bearings, supported between each connecting rod (HP40 & HP120 have two roller bearings only)
- SG iron crankcases with pressure lubrication, oil filtration & oil cooling (HP40 & HP120 are splash lubricated)
- Forged connecting rods with low friction, shell type big end bearings & lead bronze lined small end bushes
- Gear driven, eliminating the need for belt drive
- Pressure gauge
- Safety valve or burst disc
- Outstanding seal, plunger & valve life
Options
- 316 or Duplex stainless steel pumpheads for seawater applications (depending on model/pressure rating)
- Choice of gear ratios to suit diesel engines or electric motor drives
- SAE adaptor housings for flange mounting the pump to a diesel engine flywheel housing, ensuring extremely compact, perfectly aligned installations & enclosing all moving parts
